I take on a small number of website projects for local businesses here in the Berkshires. Usually, folks I’ve met through friends, referrals, or just being out in the community. These are nights and weekends for me that fit in around my day job. I do it because I genuinely enjoy the work, and a bonus is that I get to help people in my community.

The Berkshires are full of people doing great work, consultants, shop owners, caretakers, builders, and non-profits. But many of those businesses either don’t have a website at all or run on something that hasn’t been updated in years.

That’s where I come in.

Most of the work I do is focused on simple, meaningful improvements:

• Cleaning up and modernizing existing websites
• Building a simple website that gives you an online presence
• Creating clear, easy-to-manage pages (services, events, landing pages)
• Improving basic SEO so people can actually find you
• Helping you feel more confident in updating your own site

What it’s Like to Work Together

I try to keep things simple and collaborative.

We’ll usually start with a quick conversation to understand what you’re trying to do, and I’ll give you a straightforward sense of what’s possible, what I’d recommend, and whether or not I’m a good fit for you. I will never take on a project that doesn’t fit my skillset.

From there, I can either:

• Jump in and make updates for you
• Help guide you so you can make changes yourself
• Or some mix of both

I tend to work in small, focused chunks rather than big, drawn-out projects. It keeps things flexible and low-stress for everyone.
